When you place an order with AGOO Foods: - You represent that all details provided (billing, shipping address, contact details) are accurate and complete. - Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. - We accept payments via supported online payment gateways (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets). Payment processing is secured end-to-end via industry-standard protocols. - We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity or pricing errors.

We ship our freshly packed snacks across India and selected international destinations: - Estimated shipping timelines are provided during checkout and serve as estimates only. - Unforeseen delays due to weather, logistics bottlenecks, or regional holidays may occur. - Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the perishable nature of food products: - Returns are only accepted if you receive damaged, expired, or incorrect products. - Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@agoofoods.com with order details and photographs of the issue. - Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.

If you create an account with AGOO Foods: - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account. - You agree not to misuse our platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in automated web scraping.
